Production equipment

At our 25,000 square metre site at Rhinau, we have all the specialised machinery and equipment we need for our production operations.

General equipment

All our paint line hangers are designed and made on site by our own experienced technicians. This know-how, developed over 20 years of experience, means that we are able to use well thought-out hangers and racks, designed specifically for use with our equipment and to meet customers’ requirements as closely and rapidly as possible.

 Paint preparation

Our paints are partly procured ready-to-use, partly prepared on site. Our mixing room is equipped with a preparation system that is directly linked to the manufacturer, so that we can continuously benefit from updated formulations.

• 1 paint line with 3 booths, hot air drying oven and infrared drying oven
• All our booths are equipped with a ventilation and filtration system that meets all the environmental and safety standards. These systems also guarantee the high quality finish and appearance required by our customers, especially in the automotive industry.

 Finishing

The high quality appearance and finish demanded by our customers requires specialised operations that are carried out by skilled operators.

 Assembly

For some of our customers, we also carry our assembly and fitting operations on parts coming straight off our production line.
