Our Staff’s know-how
JETLAQUE’s expertise is the result of the know-how of the people that work for it. Because its places the human aspect at the centre of its business model, JETLAQUE is organised into Autonomous Work Groups (AWG). Our skilled workers are therefore organised into small manageable teams, giving them greater responsibility, facilitating dialogue and improving responsiveness and performance.
Our AWGs are supported by a cross-functional support team (management, maintenance, quality).
All the members of our permanent workforce have at least 10 years’ experience.
